Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee applies to our US LLC formation service and covers situations where the formation fails, or is completed incorrectly, because of an error on GenZone's side. Here are the key points before the detail:

You are entitled to a refund of the formation service fee when every one of the following is true:

• Your US LLC formation was not completed, or was completed incorrectly, and the cause sits with GenZone.
• The issue is clearly and verifiably the result of GenZone's own actions or inactions during the formation process.
• You gave us complete, accurate, and truthful information and responded to our requests in good time.
• You raised a formal claim with GenZone within 15 calendar days of the formation date, or the attempted formation date, whichever comes first.

A GenZone error means, for example, filing details incorrectly when you had supplied them correctly, filing in the wrong state, or failing to submit your formation despite holding complete information and cleared payment.

If you believe you qualify, start your claim within the 15-day window by following these steps:

• Email info@genzone.co with the subject line "Money-Back Guarantee Claim".
• Explain what went wrong and why you believe the error was GenZone's responsibility.
• Attach your engagement reference and any documents that support your claim.

Every claim is reviewed by hand by our team and is subject to investigation and verification before a decision is made.

Where a claim is approved, GenZone refunds the US LLC formation service fee paid to us in full. Government fees, state fees, and third-party charges are not included, because these are paid onward to external authorities and cannot be recovered by GenZone.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, or by another method agreed in writing, within a reasonable processing period. If you would rather, the amount can be applied as credit toward another GenZone service.

GenZone may modify or withdraw this Money-Back Guarantee at any time and without prior notice. Any change will not affect a claim already submitted under the terms that were in effect at the time it was submitted.

This guarantee is not a legal obligation or warranty beyond the terms stated here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenZone's total liability under this guarantee is limited to the refund of the formation service fee described above.
