About the role
GenZone is looking for an experienced Wills Drafting Specialist to prepare wills for submission through the Abu Dhabi courts system.
This role suits someone with practical experience drafting UAE wills, a working knowledge of Abu Dhabi court procedures, and a background in helping expatriate clients with estate planning requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Draft wills in accordance with Abu Dhabi court requirements.
- Prepare documentation for submission through the Abu Dhabi courts system.
- Advise clients on available will registration options and requirements.
- Review client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal team members to keep the client experience smooth.
- Stay up to date with changes to UAE estate planning and wills regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience drafting wills for Abu Dhabi courts.
- Strong understanding of UAE wills and succession laws.
- Experience working with expatriate clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and document preparation skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- Legal background or experience in estate planning.
- Experience with law firms, corporate service providers, or business setup consultancies in the UAE.
- Familiarity with related legal documentation and court processes.
