Refund & Return Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the refund rules for clients who withdraw from the service after making payments to ensure transparency and consistent handling by the team.

2. Deposit Refund Policy

If a client makes an initial deposit of USD $1,362 or less, they may be eligible for a refund if clearly stated.

Eligible Refund Scenario
If the client:
  • Pays a deposit of $1,362, anything more than this is not refundable unless confirmed in writing otherwise.
  • Requests a refund before onboarding starts. Then the client will receive a full refund minus banking/processing fees.

In all other cases payments are fully non-refundable.

Our internal review process for refunds normally takes 1 week. For larger payments/unique cases the review process can take longer.
