Our policy regarding approvals, third-party decisions, and the conditions under which fees are refundable or retained.
All applications, amendments, visas, licenses, approvals, permits, banking applications, and related services remain subject to the approval, discretion, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements of the relevant government authorities, free zones, banks, financial institutions, and third-party service providers.
GenZone does not guarantee the approval, issuance, acceptance, or successful completion of any application, amendment, visa, license, banking relationship, permit, or government process.
If an application, amendment, visa, license, banking application, or related service is rejected, delayed, suspended, cancelled, or otherwise not approved for any reason, GenZone shall not be responsible for such outcome. This includes but is not limited to:
Where a rejection arises from a security check, compliance review, background check, eligibility assessment, or any issue relating to any associated individual, including shareholders, directors, managers, beneficial owners, authorised signatories, employees, or dependents, and the Client elects not to proceed with alternative solutions or restructuring options:
All fees paid to GenZone shall remain fully non-refundable in the event the Client elects not to proceed with alternative solutions or restructuring options offered.
If the Client voluntarily withdraws, abandons, suspends, postpones, or otherwise elects not to proceed with an application, amendment, or related service for any reason after engagement has commenced, GenZone shall have no obligation to provide any refund.
Any fees, charges, or expenses incurred, committed, paid, or payable by GenZone in connection with the Client's matter are strictly non-refundable. This includes:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, GenZone may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to do so, offer a credit, alternative service, transfer of services, partial refund of unused services, or other accommodation where deemed appropriate.
