GenZone has now formed more than 1,500 companies in the UAE and over 800 US LLCs, bringing the total to more than 2,300 companies for founders from over 50 countries. Along the way, we have helped open more than 3,000 business bank accounts across the UAE and the US.
Every one of those numbers started with a founder making a big decision: building a business from Dubai, leaving a high-tax country behind, or selling to American customers without living in the US. Many did all three. They came to us because registering a company is only the first step. Making the bank, the visa, the tax position, and the compliance calendar work together is where the real work begins.
This milestone also comes two months after we launched our client platform in August 2026, and that timing is worth explaining. Before the platform, founders who needed a company in both countries submitted their documents twice and waited on two separate schedules.

Why we now report UAE and US figures separately
Until now, we published a single combined number. From today, the UAE and the US each have their own.
The reason is simple: more of our clients now run a business in both countries. A UAE company gives them a base to live and operate from Dubai, while a US LLC lets them serve international clients and use US payment infrastructure. One combined number hid that trend. Separate figures show it.
A few notes on reading the figures:
- The 2,300+ total is the UAE and US formation figures added together.
- The bank account figure covers accounts opened in both the UAE and the US.
- Our US LLC service is for founders based outside the United States. It is not available to US citizens or residents.
What changed in August
In August 2026, we launched our client platform called LaunchPad. For the first time, founders can set up and manage a UAE company and a US LLC from one account.

Banking: where two-country setups slow down
Banking is the stage where two-country structures most often get stuck. It is also where keeping everything in one record helps most.
Banks and payment processors check that the company name, address, tax ID and business activity match across every document. When different providers prepare those documents, small mismatches creep in, and applications get declined.

A UAE company, including residency and banking, generally takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the authorities and banks involved.
Does GenZone guarantee a bank account?
No provider can guarantee bank approval, because the final decision always rests with the bank. What we commit to is a complete, consistent application, and we have supported more than 3,000 account openings across the UAE and the US.
