According to the company, the scammers falsely claim to represent GenZone and attempt to convince victims to transfer money in exchange for guaranteed investment returns, daily earnings, or cryptocurrency profits. GenZone says these individuals have no connection whatsoever to the company and are using its name without authorization.
“We want to be absolutely clear that,” the company said, “GenZone is a business setup and an advisory firm. We do not operate investment platforms, we do not guarantee returns, and we never ask members of the public to send money for investment purposes.”
Scammers Falsely Claim to Represent GenZone
The warning follows multiple reports of individuals, particularly in the Philippines, being approached by people posing as GenZone representatives. In many cases, victims were contacted through messaging apps, shown copied branding or website content, and encouraged to make payments to personal bank accounts or cryptocurrency wallets under the promise of high returns.
GenZone explained that these tactics mirror common impersonation scams seen around the world, where fraudsters exploit the reputation of established companies to gain trust before requesting payments. The company emphasized that simply displaying a legitimate logo or website does not prove that a person is genuinely affiliated with the business.
GenZone Urges Public to Verify Official Communications

To help the public identify legitimate communications from fraudulent ones, GenZone advises anyone contacted in its name to verify the communication through the company’s official website before responding.
Genuine correspondence comes only through official @genzone.com email addresses and verified contact details published on the company’s website. Any unsolicited investment opportunity claiming to be from GenZone should be treated as fraudulent.
The company also encourages anyone who receives suspicious messages to avoid making payments, refrain from sharing personal or financial information, preserve screenshots and other evidence, and report the incident to both GenZone and the relevant authorities.
Individuals who have already transferred money are urged to contact their bank or payment provider immediately and report the matter to local cybercrime agencies as quickly as possible.
While impersonation scams continue to affect businesses across many industries, GenZone says transparency remains its priority. By publishing this public warning, the company hopes to protect potential victims and ensure that entrepreneurs clearly understand the nature of its services.
