GenZone has launched an exclusive September-only offer covering the cost of clients’ UAE visas across both of its main relocation pathways.
Clients who set up a Dubai company with GenZone during September will have their initial UAE residency visa covered, a saving valued at around USD 1,000, or approximately AED 3,673.
Clients who purchase qualifying Dubai property through GenZone in the same window will have their Golden Visa charges covered, valued at AED 15,000.
The offer is not a discount or a credit but a direct absorption of the visa cost, applied to fees clients would otherwise pay as part of a standard setup or property purchase. It is exclusive to GenZone, applies only to setups and property purchases started within the month, and expires when September ends.
Two Pathways, One Exclusive Offer
The offer covers the two routes most clients use to relocate to Dubai and establish UAE tax residency: forming a company, or buying property.
On the first pathway, a Dubai company setup provides a trade license, residency visa, Emirates ID and corporate bank account, with most clients operational in as little as seven business days. The company sponsors the residency that underpins the UAE’s 0% personal income tax position. Under the offer, the initial residency visa on that setup is covered.
On the second pathway, a Golden Visa grants ten years of renewable UAE residency through qualifying property investment, with family sponsorship included and no requirement to run a company. GenZone’s real estate team handles the property purchase and the visa as a single process. Under the offer, the Golden Visa charges on that purchase are covered.
What a Dubai Setup Includes
The company pathway follows a fixed, staged process from a first call to a fully operational business. It runs through six steps: a free strategy call to select the right free zone and structure, document submission, issuance of the trade license, the residency visa and Emirates ID stage, corporate bank account opening, and a fully operational business. Most clients complete the process within seven to ten business days.
Setup is handled end to end by a single team, covering licensing, structuring, residency and banking with no hand-offs. GenZone holds direct relationships with UAE free zones and with banks including Emirates NBD, Mashreq and Wio Bank, which improves approval rates and shortens timelines.
Physical presence in Dubai is required only for the visa medical, biometrics and bank account opening, typically a short trip of two to three days.
All-inclusive free zone packages with one visa start from around USD 8,500. The main recurring cost is the annual trade license renewal, which varies by free zone. Residency visas renew every two years, and clients holding a UAE residency visa can sponsor a spouse and dependent children.
Beyond the Offer: The Full Range of GenZone Services
While the September offer centres on the two visa pathways, they sit within a wider set of services aimed at internationally mobile founders and investors.
For company formation, GenZone offers free zone setups with 100% foreign ownership and qualifying 0% corporate tax, mainland setups for businesses trading directly in the UAE market, the Golden Visa route through investment, and a VARA-regulated crypto cashout offering for digital asset businesses.
Alongside Dubai formation, GenZone provides US LLC services, including EIN processing, US bank account opening and Stripe access, structured to operate alongside a UAE company rather than against it.
Its tax and accounting team handles UAE corporate tax registration, filings, Tax Residency Certificate applications and ongoing compliance, and its real estate service covers property investment and the residency that can flow from it.
The UAE corporate tax position sits behind much of this. Qualifying free zone income can be taxed at 0%, while mainland profits above AED 375,000 are taxed at 9%, a distinction explained in the UAE corporate tax at 0% and 9% guide. Personal income tax in the UAE is 0%.
One Platform for the Whole Move
The services run through GenZone LaunchPad, a platform for managing a Dubai relocation from a single login. Company formation, trade license, residency, visas, banking, financials, compliance, documents and renewals are tracked in one dashboard, with advisers behind each step. Clients can begin a formation directly on the GenZone portal.
Track Record and Approach
GenZone has formed more than 1,400 companies, opened more than 2,500 bank accounts, earned more than 500 five-star reviews and served clients across more than 50 countries.
The GenZone founders relocated to Dubai themselves from Canada, and the model is a white-glove service grounded in that lived experience rather than a package handed over and left to the client.
Client stories along these pathways include Dr. Rothenburger’s relocation to Dubai and Tech With Tim’s Dubai property and Golden Visa journey, the latter following the same property-to-Golden-Visa route this offer covers.
Availability
Both offers are available on qualifying company setups and property purchases started during September and end when the month closes. Clients can get started on the GenZone portal, or arrange a free strategy call with the Dubai setup team or the real estate team.
