The GenZone Portugal Summit: An Exclusive Playbook Launched to Help Portugal and EU Investors Smoothly Relocate to Dubai
Last weekend, we at GenZone had a great event in Batalha, Portugal.
In association with Círculo Dourado – one of Portugal’s most influential business communities, we conducted an exclusive summit, where we released our practical and hands-on playbook that lets European investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners smoothly move to Dubai for investing in its fast-growing real estate market and setting up their businesses in Dubai.
The summit, which took place at Villa Batalha Hotel, was eventful with the participation of a bunch of influential investors and entrepreneurs from across Portugal.
Our Co-Founder and CEO Kevin McKenzie and Property Advisor, Liall Smith presented the playbook to the audience, which introduced two integrated frameworks to the aspiring business owners: a business setup pathway and a property investment checklist.
The GenZone Business Setup guide offers a hands-on business establishment roadmap covering all key aspects like company licensing, regulatory compliance, and banking preparedness.
Meanwhile, the Property Investment Checklist is a full-fledged guidance on developer due diligence, escrow structures, payment plans, and exit liquidity strategies.
The team also introduced our full-spectrum relocation support – from dependent visas and corporate banking introductions to integrated real estate positioning.
